I coordinated with Insomniac Events' operations management to produce an electronic music dance event at their Bloom venue in downtown San Diego. Across three events in 2024, we sold over 1,500 tickets, with each event selling out.
I managed all aspects, including brainstorming, securing insurance, handling security, vendor management, event marketing, and talent acquisition and development. Additionally, I created custom graphics and ran visuals for the event on Bloom’s 40-foot-wide LED wall, enhancing the immersive experience.
